Direct to Metal Water Based Acrylic
Corrosion protective coatings have in the past been highly toxic, flammable, solvent based formulations, which are dangerous to handle and store. OzKem has developed the first water-based corrosion protection coatings, which gives equal or better corrosion protection than past technologies while being safe to use and environmentally friendly. The coatings developed have past extensive in house and third-party testing.
Enzyme Cleaner

When mixed 50:1 with water, this non-toxic, non-corrosive, and odour-free cleaner actively digests organic contaminants, restoring your coil’s peak heat transfer efficiency and fundamentally improving indoor air quality by eliminating the source of biological pollution, all while being completely safe for the delicate mechanical plant and the environment.
Passivated Cleaner
Cleaning metal surfaces from dirt, oil and contamination can be difficult especially if you do not use acidic or caustic chemicals. The Passivated cleaner is an alkaline cleaner formulated so that it does not to react with the metal surface accelerating corrosion and damage.
The chemical is a powder mixed in water and sprayed onto the dirty heat exchange coil. The formulation is non caustic and environmentally friendly.
Pan Tablet
The drain pan of air conditioning units can be the dirtiest component in the entire unit. It is wet, dark and easily contaminated with slim and mould. This unique tablet is a blend of enzymes that naturally break down the bacteria and mould allowing it to easily be flushed down the drain. The concentrated enzymes are non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
